add a public web chat bridged to a Matrix room

If it's not too complicated, I thinks this could be fun to create hyper public CLUB1 chat room that would be accessible easily from the website to chat with the CLUB1 team. Just like contact email but even more direct.

This could be a new dedicated not-encrypted fully accessible room, that way Matrix user could use it from their matrix Client and people on the website could just see and join the chat very easily.

Would the histoy be readable from the web interface or just from now ? Second option seems fair to me
