still being able to use shift
open clementine with default settings open editor try to type Hello World in editor experience that you are not able to use your shift key anymore
apparently that is because of a default shortcut for next album or something that uses shift+something after removing that shortcut it works
I'm not the only one who experienced that issue https://www.reddit.com/r/linuxquestions/comments/1buh409/shift_keys_stopped_working_when_clementine_is/
but i'm not using i3 or lxqt but lxde with openbox
so i guess by just removing the default shortcut it is not done because you can still re-create that issue by assigning such a shortcut
