Design allows fools like me to pinch the belt and break parts everywhere on my Micron Plus trying to figure out why my gantry is clicking and binding and moving hard.
Not knowing CAD - my only fix was to cob them up in OrcaSlicer with added in parts that prevent this again. Someone knowing CAD could do something much nicer.

Total height from build plate to the top of the rectangular pegs I added is 16mm. If anyone cares. 16mm is minimum. I was trying to keep as much tensioning movement as possible.
It would be better if the added in parts were horse shoe shaped and encompassed the screws on 3 sides. That's beyond my skill level. ;)
Hi Clee and thank you for all you do for us less knowledgable 3d printer geeks. I was really hoping you or someone that knows CAD would run with my fix/idea. It's your part and design. I'm just offering a change idea to help people that make foolish mistakes like me. Please feel free to use my idea or any part of it if you choose. It's your cool mod. If I can help to make it even a touch better or more foolproof - that makes me happy.
