In commit 9754630, the gauges module causes a segfault at gauges_module.f90:210 when compiling with -fdefault-integer-8 (which is needed for larger-than-4-byte memory addressing).

I tried both a 2d and 3d example from amrclaw but cannot seem to get the segfault. Do you have an example that gives you the segfault?
