#74 adds a very simple hover effect to the skew-t plots. We could add a similar effect to the timeseries/vertical profiles.

Hovered lines should be highlighted.
Hovered/highlighted lines should move to foreground
Initially, all plots should show experiment name on hover
Consider adding values at/near mouse pointer
Consider highlighting on mouseclose rather than mouseover
