[meta] Judgment Day

We need to collect:
- bugs that erode 10.5 support, since 10.4 support is based on it (mostly 
landing in the 18+ timeframe)
- bugs that require 10.6-only features

We also need to get gcc 4.6 builds working for 18. gcc 4.0.1 will still be 
supported by any means necessary through 17 and 17ESR.

Issue 89 will split our widget and theme code from mainline to insulate us from 
churn, though it will require us to implement new pieces added to nsIWidget as 
they come along.

I'm just going to close this. Judgment Day has come and gone, and we're on the 
new compiler.
