archons: A nodejs cli build tool based on clap-rs

Thanks for the awesome work of clap-rs!

I created a new project for nodejs and named it archons. This project is based on clap-rs, an efficient and powerful nodejs cli builder (after all it is based on clap-rs lol). I resolve and pass nodejs parameters to clap to implement the features, and compile my code into a nodejs project via napi-rs.

This project had already published to npm: https://www.npmjs.com/package/archons, and the repository link is https://github.com/noctisynth/archons.
