Many-to-one sliding window LSTM in Pytorch

  • Many-to-one LSTM using sliding window for arbitrary and varying sequence lengths.
  • GPU-enabled.
  • Uses zero-padding to get an equal number of windows fitted to the sequence lengths using the chosen stride.
