Map color for 1990s construction seems to be the same as map color for 1920s construction

Looking at https://cityhubla.github.io/LA_Building_Age ,1990s show on the color scale as a pink, but buildings built in the 1990s appear in the same blue as 1920s, which appears to be #14b1fd. Apologies if this isn't the correct place to make the bug report.

I fixed the colors. 1990 should now appear as pink.
