Cant connect through internet #15

I have installed the server in one of the Windows 10 machine in AWS ..
but when I try hit that machine via internet it doesn't connects.
http://ec2-xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx.compute-1.amazonaws.com:9250

BUT When I try from browser of that machine itself it works
http://localhost:9250
Is there any windows specific setting is required to make that node application publicly available.
I also turned off the Firewall.

Resolved it..
Actually firewall was blocking it... added the rule to allow that port then it worked ....
