based on PR #110

run make generate-build-version to get build version
run make show-full-version to get full version number string
replace the full version number string in dashboard config json file when running docker build

make 基于 MacOS 使用，需要解决 make 依赖的环境；
在 liunx 上部署，参考 readme 传入 version 变量时如果用户权限不足会导致变量传递失败；
