Fantastic job! Could you please explain how you have calculated the voltage divider resistors around LP and HS outputs? On the schematics, you are saying that the calculator is provided in the source. You are using 110 and 330 ohm.

The values recommended by Lattice in their main datasheet are different (50 and 464 ohm at 3V3). See the following screenshot:
