Windows thinks this is a virus upon extracting the archive, what is the program doing that would make it think so? Additionally it'd be great if this had an english version, which would probably also invite further contributors to help make this the best it can be.
For the moment I'm a little too afraid to give this a shot due to the PUP warning.

Did you use the release version? this might caused by pyinstaller. If you're worried about it, you can try to run the source code.
Recently, I'm too busy at my school work to update this. Maybe in the summer vacation, I can update the English version.
