为什么你认为需要此功能

因为工作需要加入了几个群，但是有些群每天固定好几次@全体成员，又不能完全屏蔽，导致每天手机通知栏出现一堆@全员的通知。

联系到哪些已经存在的bug或者功能

No response

具体功能需要/Specific features require

类似vx里防止被@功能类似，拥有白名单和黑名单，防止每天被@全体成员轰炸
麻烦各位大佬了！！！！！
