I don’t agree with Rules 146 – 154. All CIM packages are of the TC57CIM namespace. Adding additional namespaces at each package level, will lose the reference to the TC57CIM version. The major/minor version of each package is already documented within the IECxxxxxCIMVersion class within each package.
