Create a link component that will handle internal and external location

We have 2 link components:

• frost-link: Handling routes (internal locations) (using Ember's LinkComponent as a base)
• frost-external-link: Handling external locations

We will like to create our own link component that will handle internal/external locations. We will like to avoid using the Ember's LinkComponent as a base.
