Animated album artwork in Discord RPC

When playing a song on the legacy Cider using the Advanced RPC plugin, you can have animated artwork that plays in your Discord Rich Presence. Currently, Cider does have a Discord Rich Presence that is customizable, but no feature to show off Apple Music's animated album artwork. Per this plugin, it is possible for discord to display an animated artwork and to get animated artwork from Apple Music to display. And this feature was possibly in the works in the past as shown by this tweet "https://twitter.com/cryptofyre/status/1549951470065287169"

If Cider/Apple Music cannot load the animated cover, it can use the still cover as a fallback.
