Clarification of the Podcasts tab

When staring at the "Podcasts" tab, it's not clear that you can add new podcasts into the mix, just the "subscribed on iTunes" section is visible without searching. I don't have a good idea of how to improve this, but in general, having a cue that essentially says "hey, this search bar does more than go through what's already available" would be fantastic. There's also this global search bit in the top left/right (depending on the window style setting) that already searches for music, maybe involve podcast search there too?
