Playlist Management - Send to Top / Bottom

I am pulling my hair out over both the native and cider playlist management. I have playlists with hundreds of songs. If I add a few they go to the bottom. I would LOVE in the right click and ... menu of a given song a option to "move song to the top of the playlist" and perhaps it would also be worth a "move song to the bottom of the playlist" option.

While on topic, there is multi select but that doesnt work with drag and drop. That too would benifit from enhancement, if I select multiple songs and drag the order it should take all of them not just the one I happen to hover over.

Love the solution, wish I could help write it (PowerShell is the only code I really know), hoping you will take it under consideration.
