Describe the Bug

I have two displays stacked vertically. When I put Cider in Immersive mode on my top monitor, it seems to bleed into the monitor below it with a small rectangle that stretches the width of the display. When hovering this spillover, it has the same interaction for resizing and can mess up the window sizing of Cider when clicked. It does fall behind other windows when Cider is unfocused, but focusing Cider brings it back. The attached screenshot shows the gray bar ending up on top of my Discord on the bottom monitor.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Setup vertical displays in Windows settings
  2. Start Cider on top display
  3. Enter Immersive mode
  4. Notice gray bar appearing on bottom display

Seems like a weird Windows bug, we maintain app constraints the whole way so I don't see any reason for this to be the case.
