Opens and closes hero panel 5 to 6 times #75

Hi All,

More a bug report, with both this and the last optimization versions the macro will open and close the hero lvl up panel 5 to 6 times before deciding to level them up. Doesn't always happen but is fairly common.

Its happening on Qol 2 still for me
