Licensing - License becomes unreadable to choco after extension upgrade

What You Are Seeing?

Following choco upgrade of chocolatey.extension 1.12.1 to 1.12.3 and Chocolatey 0.10.7 to 0.10.8 we saw the license file become corrupt, causing the below error output.

This occurred when choco.exe was called with any parameter.

What is Expected?

Chocolatey not to return error with license

How Did You Get This To Happen? (Steps to Reproduce)

Occurred after running choco upgrade Chocolatey + Chocolatey.Extension to the above versions, I will send through a full log.

Just following up - did we address this?

Not yet, we've fixed this internally but I've not managed to get a bigfix out to cChoco.

If memory serves me correctly, it was due to chocolatey/cChoco#95

We were upgrading chocolatey via this resrouce, and currently the resource will uninstall the current version then run a choco install on the newer one, opposed to running upgrade.
