saved palette vanishing after logout

recently i have created saved palettes and they are still there when i switch between characters but once i log off completely they are gone when i log in again. it is only perm. saving about 4 palettes

Can you check how many palettes are saved in the plugin configuration file? This could be an issue with storing or loading, and it would help to know what part is breaking here.
(You can find the config file in the %AppData%/XIVLauncher/pluginConfigs/ directory.)
