Feature Description
Project invitation feature that allows project owners to invite other users on StackCafe to join the project.

Notification: create notification to target user (may want to include project ID / user ID links in the notification)

Potentially invite users from outside the website:

Email: allow project owner to enter an email address, and send an invitation email to it.
Link-based approach: create invitation ID "f9ds0fd9s" that allows the project owner to copy and then paste into another website that a user outside of StackCafe and click into and see instructions on how to log in and join project.
