Not all cards uploaded/inserted and regular freezes

Description

The tool doesn't upload every card successfully and not all cards are inserted either. There were regular freezes for around 30 seconds whilst in states like State: Inserting Fronts, Action: Inserting "Xander's Lounge (Extended James Paick).jpg" into slot 39 (1/1)

Steps to Reproduce

Desktop Tool XML, I've attempted this 3 times in separate projects with similar results.
