Vector images #6
Comments
@webknjaz Hey sorry, I checked but forgot to respond. I technically have it in vector format but it's a vector format from Adobe Fireworks (which funny enough is in .png extension). Attached here but you will need to get ahold of that app and find a way to export it to svg or another vector format (I no longer have a CC account). |
Hi @rnmp! Thanks! |
@webknjaz you're right! Here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/1sem5xgzwkbkdpo/cherry.fw.png?dl=1 |
Thanks! |
@rnmp so I've managed to open it with FireWorks but it looks like the layer inside the file is bitmap, not vector :( |
FTR one can download trial of fireworks app @ https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/cs6-product-downloads.html |
@webknjaz Oh no! I'm sorry about this. Tell you what: Here are some paid vector sets where the new CherryPy logo resides: https://creativemarket.com/incomible/248189-Cherries. Pick one set and I'll buy it, clean up and set up the new logo! I suggest the first set, in particular, a variation of these cherries: What you think? |
It's so nice of you to suggest that! Personally I think I like the last one. My original intent was to have a vector image which could be easily put to web-pages and be easily scalable. What you suggest would result in a re-branding process which might or might not be desired at this point. |
Totally. Makes sense! |
Oh, and it looks like images from that website cannot be used as logos. What do you think? |
Hey @rnmp, is there any chance that you could recover the vector sources of the cherry logo?
