Build with flags

Flash with jlink:
west flash --runner jlink

Flash with custom openocd:
west flash --openocd-search ~/MaximSDK/Tools/OpenOCD/scripts/ --openocd ~/MaximSDK/Tools/OpenOCD/openocd

Check Output

sudo picocom -b 115200 /dev/ttyACM0
