LabelImg-python-ExVOC is a image object annotation tool. This program is based on labelImg (Tzutalin. LabelImg. Git code (2015). https://github.com/tzutalin/labelImg).
A variety of image object annotation are achieved in this program, such as rectangular, polygon, optimization plygon.
Annotations are saved as XML files in ExVOC format, which is compatible with PASCAL VOC format. the format used by ImageNet.
In ExVOC, Well-known text (WKT) is used to represent the polygon of image object.
Graph-cut algorithm is used to optimize the polygon of image object.
