Implement a copy to clipboard feature for vuepress

Watch here for when vuepress implements this as one of the default plugins vuejs/vuepress#703

Add copy-to-clipboard plugin

Added the copy-to-clipboard plugin that may be convenient to copy
the commands instead of selecting them, which may be a little challenging
for the longer ones.

The plugin looks for ```code fence and shows the copy button with the code
language.
