RBD provides the last_updated time in the
rbd mirroring image statusAPI calls. we need to pass the same to the ResyncVolumesResponse also. This issue is to track the changes required in cephcsidependent issues:-
csi-addons/spec#24
csi-addons/volume-replication-operator#121
