Custom codes for Attestation Service missing in new Twilio UI

Has anyone recently checked the twilio verify service setup page?
I can't seem to find the option to enter the TTS service name or enable the custom code feature.

"code customization" on Service Settings -> General is not available.

this is the current ui for verify settings on twilio. As you can see a lot of the stuff has changed, custom code section is not even there.

Twilio support enabled custom codes for us. The slider button that was previously there doesn't show up anymore on the new ui.
You just have to ask them to enable custom codes manually.

Just noticed this is feedback is covered in our documentation in detail:

After you create the Verify Service, you must create a support ticket to enable the custom code feature. Provide Twilio support your new Verify SID and request enabling the custom code feature. Please monitor for a response and respond to any follow up questions.

After Twilio enables custom codes, you'll see the following property in the Twilio dashboard when viewing your Verify Service:
