@mcortesi, Karl was OOO. I set it to June 7 based taking into account the estimates and our team plans.

Status update:

• Implementation is done (but with only a few tests so far)
• All remaining issues are docs related and we can move most or all of them to after the testnet if necessary
• The make fee currencies work on state migrated from a testnet, https://github.com/celo-org/celo-blockchain-planning/issues/339 needs to be solved

The new directory should be deployed to Alfajores before testing the migration "for real".

Maybe there is work to be done on https://github.com/celo-org/celo-blockchain-planning/issues/188, but I don't think it makes sense to keep this epic open just for that.
