Keep submenus from expanding beyond the viewport #3

When a submenu exists in a menu item near the edge of the viewport, it's possible for it to expand beyond the edge of the viewport, which makes it difficult or impossible to use. Applying an HTML class when this happens could allow themes to account for it by expanding the submenu in a different direction.
