Order cancelled after paying #5

Hi. I hope you can help me

Since a couple of months, when a customer pays with credit card the order, this order take the status of Cancelled.
Do you know what happens this issue?

Actually I have a similar issue.
In my case when a customer goes to payment page and click on return to shopping page without initiate the payment process the order gets cancelled.
