Description

As an admin user I want to see if users have gone and made changes to a service through the admin interface.
This is similar to what is done for sensitive services (provincial services) audit.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Design logging admin changes on non-CDS services
  • Explore feasibility of storing all these logs (do we already log it? is it more logging?)
