Support for R3D

1. Download zip, unzip, move the folder to stable place
2. Open user.ini
3. Find group [Media]
   • decoders: append ,"R3D:scale=1080" onto the end of the string
   • video_extra_support: add r3d
   • r3d_path: set the path from Step 1
4. Start Seer, it should work with r3d format now

Notes:

• r3d_path: if your path contains spacebar, quout it like this: "/path/to/your/r3d_folder"
