• Two old plugins, epub and font, are removed since they are both better supported by other modules.
• Win32 edition: installer/uninstaller, fixed a the bug that unable to kill the running process
• Win32 edition: fixed some UI errors in register window
• Microsoft Store edition: changed the location of the ini files, if Seer fails to read/write Settings, please copy ini files to .../Document/Seer/
