Set aligned starting time for the fiber photometry, video and DLC interfaces.
Time alignment notes:
Align TTL signals to Raw Bpod trial times:
Compute the time shift from global CPin timestamps ("TrialStartTimestamp" + "CPin") to the Doric CPin timestamps.
The Doric CPin timestamps can be obtained from one of the digital signals ("DigitalIO/DIO02" in .doric file, "DI/O-2" in .csv file).
Use the time shift to shift the starting time of fiber photometry, video and DLC interfaces.
