wheeled helicopter falls down when there's nothing below

helicopter should automatically fly when there's nothing below.

Steps To Reproduce

1. spawn helicopter with wheels (or add wheels)
2. drive the helicopter from edge of cliff (e.g elevator on feat(content,port): aircraft carrier #3892)
3. it falls down unexpectedly.
