Encourage revisiting learner profiles

At later stages of lesson development, e.g. after teaching material for the first time, it is advisable to revisit the learner profiles and consider whether they need to be updated/expanded to better represent the real-world audience found for the lesson. This should be captured somewhere, e.g. in 09-reflecting.
