Update IP from the default IP to a custom one

Hello everyone, I'm currently working with a Multisense S21 and I'm having issues with changing the IP address to a custom one. Since I'm currently working with multiple devices connected on switch, I want to also add my Multisense to my network and be able to work from multiple computers by just changing the IP.

I already tried by changing the default values on the launch file, changing MTU to 7200 (like on the original documentation used in ROS 1) and non has worked so far.
