inconsistency Carbon IDL - UI icons

The IDL UI icons library is not up to date with Carbon's.

One thing that stood out was two icons appearing as blanks in the IDL library, but normal in Carbon. Please push the updates to IDL as soon as possible. Thanks!

Moved this to the design-language-website repo, need to update to latest version of Carbon icons/pictograms every 2 weeks to stay in sync.

@DianaStanciulescu I'm not 100% sure who is leading up development currently for Brand/IDL. @Dan-Pastrolin-IBM @Palke ? There is a PR that is automatically opened (or updated if not merged) each release, but no one has been reviewing/merging. #1360 <--I went ahead and reviewed / merged, so icons should be up to date now.
