docs: fix broken links on migration guide and color pages

Acceptance criteria

In Slack support, someone mentioned we have broken links on a few pages. This issue has been created to fix those broken links.

Migration guide > Design tab

Components

• For Actionable notifications, update the link to point to: https://carbondesignsystem.com/components/notification/usage/#actionable
• For Tabs, the link should be called "tabs", not tab.

Type tokens

• The typography link should point to: https://carbondesignsystem.com/elements/typography/style-strategies/

Color tokens

• The color overview link should point to: https://carbondesignsystem.com/elements/color/overview/
• The color implementation link should point to: https://carbondesignsystem.com/elements/color/usage/ and say usage instead of implementation.
• The inline theming link should point to: https://carbondesignsystem.com/elements/color/usage/#inline-theming
• The light or dark mode link should point to: https://carbondesignsystem.com/elements/color/usage/#light-or-dark-mode

  • The sentence could also be reworded to this since this page has been updated with new content: "Checkout some helpful PAL guidance around how to properly treat some components, iconography, and illustrations in light or dark mode on Carbon for Cloud, for IBMers only."
