The Carbon Steering Committee has been disbanded because we've never figured out how to scale it into something more than a status update despite multiple attempts. We could ultimately add information about the Carbon steering committee and maybe the integration of the Product PAL under Carbon... @aubrey-oneal @jeffchew @ljcarot any ideas?

Unless we want to spin something up fast, I suggest we just kill this page and take it out of the LHN.
