[Content templates] Usage template: Add new optional sections

Acceptance criteria

Certain types of components need to include additional content sections. Write instructional content to let a contributor/writer know if this section needs to be added or not. Then write what needs to be included for each section.

Update the Usage template for both the one and multiple variant templates to include the following sections.

1. One variant: Styling
2. One variant: AI presence
3. Multiple variants: Styling
4. Multiple variants: AI presence

Do these need to be added to the style tab as well?
