Plain HTML versions of the components

This relates to v11 of Carbon Design System

This project seems like such a strong base for building an accessible web app. I understand that the project is React-first, but is there a plan or anyone maintaining a plan HTML version of the components? I am interested in using this system, but not all pages in my app are React or JS-heavy. Some are simply server-side generated, not particularly interactive HTML pages.
