OBSID.ms must be in msDir

I am confused about the logic of the pipeline and the

ignore_missing

keyword in get_data. If it is activated CARACal runs also if some .ms files are missing. But CARACal skips all OBs for which the OBSID.ms directory is missing in msdir/.

Given that OBSID.ms is the heaviest file, and that one may just want to make a cube or a continuum image from multiple pointings, CARACAL should be able to run on _corr.ms, _cont.ms,line.ms without having the original ms file in msdir/ .

A trick is to create fake OBSID.ms folders in msdir, but this should be documented, and I could not find it.
