Remove the fixed user name from the script

For example, a fixed user name appears in the file: https://github.com/capKopper/maps-drupal-import-automaton/blob/master/scripts/build.sh

Instead, we need to pass a extra variable to the script, (or in the settings file), that contain the user name to be used. This needs to be configurable.
