We don't appear to have a way to set a full clone mode in our display configuration. We can support outputs with the same size and position (and we only render them once), which is nearly there, but clients still see multiple outputs.
Which normally doesn't matter, but does for (at least) layer-shell clients, where waypanel will double up (correctly creating one panel per client-visible output).
