The transcoder cpu recover process currently is manual. It should be automatic.

User cases:

  • When the transcoder cpu is running again, it must deactivate the maintenance mode automatically and start to execute all jobs possible.
  • When the transco cpu is in maintenance mode, the manual activation (without being recovered) must not work. Check the tranco cpu status is necessary when a user try to deactivate the maintenance mode.

The Pumukit\EncoderBundle\Services\CpuService must be improved with this user cases.
